Our clients came to us with an extensive brief with the main focus on additional bedrooms at first floor and improved functionality to the communal areas at ground floor. We opted to introduce a two storey rear extension which was traditional in its form but enabled our clients to gain the floor area and bedrooms required within budget. Our clients knew they wanted to introduce a bespoke feature to the property and with our help we developed the contemporary single storey side addition. The large glazed gable with a vaulted interior and log burner will form an idyllic family room and we are looking forward to seeing this project develop. Due to start on site early 2018.
